Your heart measures 3/4 of an inch wide and is highly polished and smooth to the touch.  There is a tiny unique area on one side that you can see in the photos. The heart has a bit of an angle on the curve of the polish.  As this is not a perfectly shaped heart, I'm reducing the price on this particular piece.   Your pendant has been handmade using Artisan Silver Wire which has a copper inner core and is highly polished to prevent tarnish.  I've included a single double-sided Celtic knot heart bead that is also silver-plated metal.
