Your pendant has been handmade using Artisan Silver Wire which has a copper inner core and highly polished to prevent tarnish. The heart is an AA grade smooth silky Rose quartz that measures 3/4 of an inch wide. On top rests a single rich purple Amethyst bead and dangling below is an ornate silver plate gorgeous pentacle.
 
The pentacle is made of lead and nickel free pewter and is single sided. The entire pendant measures just over 2 inches long. You can choose the necklace you would like to have. Either a leather cord with a clasp or a silver plate chain with a clasp.
