It fits the best on a wrist that is approximately 6 3/4 inches.  To measure your wrist, carefully wrap a piece of string loosely around your wrist and then measure with a ruler.  
 
A note about copper jewelry: 
We all react differently to wearing copper metals.  Even though this is a coated copper wire, it may tarnish over time to a beautiful darker patina.  Please avoid swimming pools and bathing while wearing copper to slow down the oxidation process and store your copper jewelry in a dry location.
