Dragons were born of the elements: creatures of Earth and Ocean, of air and flight, of fire and thunder, of mysticism and magic. They were born long before men set foot upon our planet and are ancient creatures that have the wisdom of the ages. Dragons are protectors of the skies, seas and the earth and of all the precious gems and metals it contains. This is where the legend of the dragons who hoarded caves of gold and silver to protect chests of gold and silver. As more and more men grew up on the planet, dragons began to change. These mighty creatures evolved into varying sizes, colours and powers and eventually had to battle humankind that valued what the Dragon protected. Some dragons took on the power of speech and could shapeshift into human form to walk among mortals. The Dragonhawk dragon was one of these evolved Dragons that was born during this time of struggle. Dragonhawk is creative and wise in the ways of man but forgiving of their ways as man is not ready to co-exist with those unlike its own. It took flight in search of other lands.
